My name is David Bae, and I'm a sophomore at Harvard College studying Mechanical Engineering. I'm interested in the construction space and have started a small company in the construction/MEP field. It reads your bid, the GC's contract, vendor quotes, and invoices, then marks every scope, price, and exclusion change on the exact line, before you sign or award.
